He wasn't the typical leading man who does the right thing . . . most of the times. He was flawed and he made mistakes. I suspect that a lot of fans could not deal with this unusual portrayal of a character like Jack. Which would explain why many fans constantly bashed him.Juanita's Journalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00239203125898839619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13617199.post-10594175456868373862019-04-27T01:16:46.568-04:002019-04-27T01:16:46.568-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.www.3wae.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06749289674428657797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13617199.post-45386518557985791872011-03-22T23:15:41.180-04:002011-03-22T23:15:41.180-04:00Oh, yeah, the awakenings were my favorite part!Oh, yeah, the awakenings were my favorite part!Natalie J. I remember being really into it in Seasons 1 and 2. Season 3 was where it kinda "lost" me but the finale that season with the flash forward sucked me right back in lol.
I was just really glad Jack was the main focus in the finale and I felt his journey was really complete. All the awakenings or remembering scenes made me cry so much too.kaybeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16924537328168712485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13617199.post-37065129551631738232011-03-22T14:15:43.711-04:002011-03-22T14:15:43.711-04:00Hi, kaybee! I ...Hi, kaybee! Thanks for coming over to comment!

I was one of the few, too. :) Watching season 6 wasn't the same experience as watching season 1, but it would be foolish to expect it to be. I was very satisfied to see Jack at peace, finally. :)Natalie J. My sister and I had a marathon watch not too long ago since she'd never seen it and I love rewatching it.
But, oh Jack. I really did love him as a character, even if he did annoy me at times. I was one of the few, I guess, who loved Season 6 and the finale and it was so great to see Jack, for the first time since Season 1 really, to step up as the leader again and know what his job was.kaybeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16924537328168712485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13617199.post-71877752967856521832011-03-15T22:50:30.333-04:002011-03-15T22:50:30.333-04:00I think Lost is better watching on DVD, Abigail. (I know, Natalie, I hang my head in shame. But it wasn't entirely my fault. The digital transition happened and I couldn't get that channel any more!)

I could see how he could become tiresome after a long while.
